Evann Black - Lead Vocals

Evann Black has been performing all of her life. It began at the age of 6 when she began performing in local theater productions. While her first love was acting, she branched off into modeling and eventually into singing. Over the years, this has blossomed into an unabashed love for singing but more importantly, performing live.

Evann Black has performed on stage in some of South Florida's best venues over the past years. After taking a self-imposed year long hiatus, she returns invigorated and excited to present her latest band, The Evann Black Project.

Mark Ise - Guitar & Vocals

Mark Ise (pronounced "Ice") was born and raised in Philadelphia. As a child, he picked up his brother's dusty old guitar and discovered his love for music and his instrument.

Very competitive and goal-oriented, Mark took care of his educational pursuits while honing his craft as a musician. With a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State, he made his way to Miami to earn a Masters degree from University of Miami. Mark continued playing guitar and singing in various cover and original projects throughout this time.

Mark brings 20 years of experience and passion for music to the Evann Black Project.

Tito Sotomayer - Bass & Background Vocals

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Tito started off playing guitar at the age of 13. After playing covers with other locals, at 16 he switched to playing bass due to a lack of bass players in his vicinity.

Tito's guitar and bass playing led to a scholarship at the University of Puerto Rico where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. Having outgrown the local scene in PR, Tito relocated to South Florida and began working in various original and cover bands.

Tito's solid playing and youthful demeanor brings an unique energy to the Evann Black Project.

Mark Laughlin - Drums & Vocals

Hailing from St. Louis, MO, Mark moved to South Florida many years ago with his original band. A solid drummer, Mark has played with many top-notch local and regional bands throughout South Florida. Known as the time-keeper, Mark's dynamic playing provides a solid backdrop for the Evann Black Project.
